Mr. Haney plays driving traditional old-time music with Laura Lewis and Ken Roby on twin fiddles, Jim Eisenberg on banjo, Jim Richards on guitar, and Nancy Tozer on bass. The combination of their music and Lynn Frederick’s driving calls will get you going!
Cajun Dance with Stand Bayou

Wow! Stand Bayou broke their once-every-20-year rule to reunite just for LEFF! Come do two-step and waltzes to their traditional, driving music. Brad Smedley is on accordion, Bob Smakula on fiddle, Kevin Enoch on guitar and Ellen Kulgowski on rhythm. An introductory dance workshop will take place prior to the dance.
Ceili Social Dance

Learn the basics of traditional Irish social dancing with The Cleveland Ceili Club. Want to learn more after the festival? The Club holds classes Tuesdays at St. Clarence Church in N. Olmsted at 8pm; Wednesdays at the Irish American Club in Euclid at 7pm; and Thursdays at the West Side Irish Club in Olmsted Twp. at 7pm. Irish Step Dance with the Leneghan Academy of Irish Dance

The fundamentals of Irish “step” dancing, with instruction by The Leneghan Academy of Irish Dance. The Academy has been dedicated to sharing Irish Culture in the Cleveland area for 24 years. Classes are held for competitive, recreational and performance based students in Euclid, Middleburg Heights and Westlake. Dancers may choose to compete locally, nationally or overseas. They provide dancers for performances at venues such as festivals, libraries, weddings, nursing homes and parish parties.
Swing Dance with Rachel & The Beatnik Playboys

This band is one of the best in Cleveland, for both listening and dancing! Powered by Rachel Brown’s multi-octave voice, fed by guitarist Dave Huddleston’s tasty licks and harmonies, and decorated by the smooth grooves of string bassist Bill Watson and drummer Roy King, the band will play country, jazz, rock and blues for your dancing pleasure.
