Parking
We’re excited to welcome you to our new home in University Circle, and want to make getting here and getting around as easy as possible for your festival day. Below please find a handy parking map, along with detailed descriptions and costs for several convenient parking lots that are within walking distance of Thwing Center. Also please take advantage of parking meters on Bellflower Rd and East Blvd, which are FREE all day on Saturday! And if you’d like to reduce vehicle traffic altogether, you can also take advantage of RTA and free University Circle shuttles, using the detailed information at this site: https://www.universitycircle.org/visit/getting-around-parking.
For our guests with disabilities: we want to make your visit as seamless as possible. We have limited parking reserved for those with Handicapped placards or license plates in the Underground Parking area in Lot 29. If you’d like to reserve a space in that lot, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make that happen for you: Dave at banpipar@gmail.com. If you haven’t already reserved a space, please display your placard when you arrive at the parking garage and let the gate attendant know you’re there for the Lake Erie Folk Festival.
Performers, volunteers and patrons requiring handicap accessible space will all be getting separate communications on parking, so if that applies to you, look for an email from us.

Free Street parking on East Boulevard and Bellflower:
- Meters are free throughout University Circle all day on Saturday. East Blvd and Bellflower Rd are the closest street parking areas to our site, but there are lots of meters on other nearby streets as well.
Lot #29 (Severance parking garage):
- Space in the underground garage is reserved for those with Handicap placards or license plates and those VIPs who booked parking in advance. If you need access to this space, we’re happy to help you reserve parking ahead of time. If you’ve already booked VIP parking, you’ll get separate information on access from us directly before the day of the festival.
Church of the Covenant:
- 80 spaces are available in this lot, which is the closest parking area to Thwing Center. The cost is $10 for the full day, paid to the on-site attendant. They can accept cash or credit cards.
Lot 54 (1980 Ford Rd, Cleveland 44106)
- Guest parking (75 Spaces)
- Guest will pay by phone (Scan QR code in the lot and pay by credit card)
- Parking rate is $1/hour
- Guests can determine how long they want to stay, but can also add additional time, if they decide to stay longer.
Lot 52B (11257 Bellflower Rd, Cleveland 44106)
- Guest Parking (15 Spaces)
- Guests will pay by phone (Scan QR code in the lot and pay by credit card)
- Parking rate is $1/hour
- Guests can determine how long they want to stay, but can also add additional time, if they decide to stay longer.

Lot 63 VIC Lot (10900 Euclid Ave, Cleveland 44106)

- Parking rate is $1/hour

Lot 13A (2035 Adelbert Rd, Cleveland 44106)
- Guest Parking (40 Spaces)
- Guests will pay by phone (Scan QR code in the lot and pay by credit card)
- Parking rate is posted but has a Daily Maximum of $10
Triangle Lot 75 & 78 (11457 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland 44106)
- Guest Parking (50 Spaces)
- Guests pull a ticket to enter and pay at exit by credit card only.
- Parking rates posted (2hrs=$2, 3hrs=$4, 4hrs=$10, 6hrs=$15, 6+hrs=$20)
